How do I return an item?

Return/Exchange Policy

Merchandise purchased from can be returned or exchanged FOR FREE within 21 days of your order date. To Complete a Return or Exchange:

1. Email us at: within the twenty-one (21) day period. Include the following information:

· First and Last Name

· Email Address

· Invoice Number and Product Code(s) for the item(s) you wish to return

· FOR EXCHANGE: Include new size or item you would like.

2. We will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 72 hours and a shipping label. Items returned without an RMA will be denied as returns, and the customer will be responsible for paying the needed shipping fees in order to get their item back.

3. Mail your package to us via USPS. (We suggest making a copy of your invoice for your records.) You can keep track of your order through Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days upon receipt of package.

The Nitty Gritty

Items That Cannot Be Returned:

· Final Sale Items: Earrings, Clearance Items, Swimwear, Tights, Corsets, Shape Wear and Special Order Items.

· Used or Unclean Items: Items returned with deodorant marks, covered in pet-hair, make-up stains, dirt/dust scuffs, or other unknown stains will not be accepted. Along with this items returned with odors—smoke, perfume, body odor, etc—will also not be accepted.

· Items without a VooVooDress Hangtag, Care Label, and Designer Label will not be accepted. We also will not accept items with a folded or damaged VooVooDress Hangtag.

· Incomplete Items: Customers must retain all packaging materials until they are completely satisfied. This saves the customer time and the environment resources.

Canceling Orders:

Once your order has been placed, it cannot be canceled. All orders begin processing as soon as they are submitted. However, you can email us a change of address or a contact information correction within 8 hours. Please follow our Return/Exchange Policy for a refund.

You will be billed a $20.00 fee for each chargeback to the card used to place your order and will retain the original transaction fee. Filing a fraudulent chargeback is the same as shoplifting and we will prosecute the offense to the fullest extent of the law.

Holiday Extended Exchange Policy:

We offer an extended exchange policy for all holiday orders placed between November 20th through January 1st. Purchases made within this timeframe may be returned for store credit anytime before January 15th (Please follow our standard return/ exchange policy)
